Municipal Heat Planning for Kyritz
The municipal heat planning in Kyritz started at the beginning of 2025 and has since reached important milestones. Following a comprehensive stakeholder analysis, both the existing situation analysis and the potential analysis were successfully completed. Based on this, a first draft of the target scenario for the city’s future heat supply is already available.
On September 24, 2025, the first public information event will take place at the Town Hall in Kyritz. The results of the existing situation and potential analyses will be presented, feedback from citizens will be gathered, and the interim results will be discussed with the public. The event thus represents an important milestone on the path to a sustainable heat supply in Kyritz.
Services
Theta Concepts GmbH supports the city of Kyritz with its municipal heat planning as a general contractor. The range of services includes all services for communal heat planning according to WPG / state ordinance. This includes project management, as well as the execution of the stakeholder analysis, the existing situation and potential analyses, and the development of a target scenario. To ensure the long-term implementation of the developed measures, a comprehensive strategy and measures catalog will also be created, which also includes a continuity and monitoring and control strategy. The entire process is accompanied by intensive stakeholder and public participation.
