Theta Concepts GmbH supports Wittstock/Dosse in municipal heat planning as a general contractor. The range of services includes project management as well as the implementation of the stakeholder analysis, the inventory and potential analysis and the development of a target scenario.

In order to ensure the implementation of the developed measures in the long term, a comprehensive strategy and measures catalog is also being created, which also includes a consolidation and controlling strategy. The entire process is accompanied by intensive stakeholder and public participation. Over the project period, a digital twin of the planning area is continuously built, maintained and handed over to the city at the end of the term.
