Theta Concepts GmbH supported the development of Leipzig’s municipal heat plan. In the first, completed project phase, Theta Concepts handled aspects of the inventory and potential analysis, as well as the derivation of the target scenario including a heat transition strategy. At the core of the investigations was a techno-economic analysis of various central and decentralized supply options within the planning area, to identify suitable areas for different supply solutions.
